RETURN
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us
Return Process
You may return your purchase by mail (by using our free pre-paid return label if you bought a product accepted in the free return policy).
Please click here to start your return, send us your order number. You will receive your prepaid label via email once you have completed the return request. You will only need your order number and zip code or the email address used when placing the order that contains the item you wish to return.
Additional return details: If during the return process you notice that the item you are wanting to return is not appearing or you cannot select it, that means the item does not qualify for a return or exchange.
We only accept a return of defective goods or goods distinctly different from the description.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit.
Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice that clearly indicates which items are being returned.
In case damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 4 days of delivery via support service.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 5-7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and credit card company.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a request at:info@trybuyer.com
Order cancellations.
We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. If you do not email us within 24 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email at support@trybuyer.com or Contact Us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
IF THE ITEM WAS NOT DELIVERED
Please read our shipping policy first. In some cases, the package may be delayed at customs for reasons beyond our control. If you have not received your parcel after 30 days from the date of order, contact us via email: support@trybuyer.com and we will issue a refund if the parcel is lost and was not received by you.
